Isla is gorgeous! She’s an absolute sweetheart, and at only 9 days old this cutie-pie was such a pleasure to photograph. She kept us on our toes and gave her parents some fun surprises along the way. I’ve been so fortunate to watch this family grow as Isla’s big sister Ellie was one of my first clients. I couldn’t be more thrilled for this amazing family and I’m looking forward to watching them grow. Congratulations Jane, Mike, and Ellie; Isla is absolutely scrumptious!
Meet the gorgeous and talented Marie Chatterton. If you ever need an expert on the Millennials (Gen Y), social media, and viral marketing, Marie is your lady! Not only is she fun, compassionate, and charming, she has an amazing understanding of the world of communications and can often be found presenting her knowledge internationally. Currently working as the Director of Community Engagement at Ayoudo, Marie has taken the online community by storm. Some of you may already know this fabulous woman, but if you don’t, be sure to remember her name because she’s definitely someone you’ll hear about!
Ali and Ray are absolutely delightful and so obviously over the moon in love! They decided that they wanted to have their engagement photo’s taken at the Vancouver Aquarium and Stanley Park as it holds a special place in their hearts. Growing up, they both spent a lot of time there and now love to share the experience with Ray’s gorgeous son Tristan. It was such a great idea! I’m pretty sure that they are buluga/dophin whisperers because they had the most incredible interactions with the marine life during the shoot. It was truly beautiful to watch. A big shout-out to Tristan (Ray’s son), and Keri (Ali’s sister) for being so patient and helpful during our session. Also thanks to Ali, who went with the flow as I dragged her through mud and sand in heels. Ali and Ray, I’m so happy for you both and I hope that you love your images!
Some of you may recognize this blue-eyed cutie pie from his baby photo session last year. His name is Kylen and he’s growing up so fast! His mom, Alexis Blanks is a dear friend, a great supporter, and an amazing Naturopathic Doctor. Their gorgeous family is such a delight to be around and Kylen couldn’t be more scrumptious. Stay tuned, as I’m sure that I’ll be capturing more of this family’s beautiful moments again soon!
What a busy few months… it’s time for me to catch things up!
Let me get started by introducing you to these gorgeous sisters: Leigh, Jen, and Char have a beautiful story about finding family and love. This was the first time that they were together in the same city and I was honoured to be able to capture this special time for them. Leigh Mitchell is the President & Founder of Women in Biz and I had the the great pleasure of photographing one of her events while she was in town. After working the event, she asked me to take a couple of photos of her and her sisters and I was blown away by how utterly fabulous all of these women are. Thank you ladies for a wonderful afternoon, I hope that your mom loved her gift!
